Job Summary
We are hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of experience in managing and scaling paid advertising campaigns across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of generating high ROAS, optimizing campaigns, and driving measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Facebook Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display), and YouTube Ads campaigns
Monitor and improve key metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
Scale profitable campaigns and reduce cost per acquisition
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Implement and manage tracking tools (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Conversion Tracking)
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with design and funnel teams to improve results
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing
Hands-on expertise in:
- Facebook Ads Manager
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Proven ability to generate and scale high-ROAS campaigns
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience with funnels, landing pages, and audience targeting
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with GoHighLevel preffered
Knowledge of GTM , Meta Pixels , UTMs
Knowledge of creating creatives with Ai Tools
- Experience working with coaching
