What You'll Do
The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead end-to-end hiring for Enterprise Services across the Asia-Pacific region, overseeing delivery through a team of recruiters. Acting as the regional delivery lead, this role translates global hiring strategy into regionally tailored plans, ensuring alignment with business priorities, talent market dynamics, and workforce needs.
As the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders across APAC Regional Offices and Enterprise Services functions, you will drive alignment between global objectives and local execution. You will oversee hiring delivery at scale, with a strong focus on volume hiring strategy globally, ensuring consistency, operational excellence, and a high-quality experience for candidates and stakeholders.
In this role, you will lead a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will also play a key role in advancing Talent Acquisition priorities by improving processes, embedding digital and AI-enabled ways of working, and strengthening regional delivery to support global growth ambitions.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead Regional Delivery of Enterprise Services & AP Regional offices
- Own end-to-end delivery of Enterprise Services & Regional offices hiring across Asia-Pacific, ensuring alignment with global hiring priorities and regional business needs.
- Translate global portfolio direction into regionally tailored execution plans, incorporating talent trends, market dynamics, and local business priorities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ES stakeholders hiring in the region, building trust and credibility through expertise and insight.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Partner closely with functional leadership and HR Business Partners to ensure that talent acquisition efforts align with business objectives and workforce plans.
- Talent Sourcing Partnership: Collaborate with Talent Sourcing Business Partners to drive market insights that guide location strategy and capacity planning decisions for Business Leadership team.
- Partner closely with the Global Talent Branding team to create recruitment specific content for social media and other platforms aligned to portfolio hiring strategy. This can include job descriptions, recruitment videos, employees' spotlights, or employer branding campaigns
- Global Volume Hiring Strategy
- Own & lead global volume hiring strategies, translating enterprise-wide direction into scalable, regionally tailored execution models that support business growth.
- Design and implement scalable, efficient hiring processes—leveraging standardized workflows, technology, and sourcing models to enable consistent, high-quality delivery at scale.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to align volume hiring plans with business objectives, ensuring demand forecasting, capacity planning, and hiring timelines are proactively managed.
- Own the end-to-end planning and execution of the annual campus hiring program, delivering 100-150 hires annually across functions.
- Leverage recruiting technologies, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency across sourcing, screening, and selection processes.
- Lead, Develop & Empower a High-Performing Team
- Manage a team of recruiters, providing coaching, mentorship, constructive challenge, and ongoing development opportunities.
- Coach & mentor the team in delivery excellence, adopting best practices, high-quality stakeholder engagement, and acting as trusted advisors.
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-accountability team culture with strong communication norms.
- Supporting Global Talent Acquisition Initiative(s)
- Partner closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Portfolio Business Partner to support cross-regional priorities, ensuring consistency of process, messaging, and delivery.
- Collaborate with regional counterparts to incorporate local insights into global strategies and ensure alignment with global ES standards.
- Act as the primary voice for APAC TA initiatives communicating progress, updates, and successes to functional leaders, GBF leadership and regional stakeholders.
- Drive Regional Operational Excellence and Talent Acquisition Effectiveness
- Review regional hiring delivery progress and capacity for the region—particularly for GSD, the highest-priority growth area—balancing scalability with operational efficiency.
- Support the TA Director by managing operational rhythms, improving internal workflows, and strengthening cross-functional coordination.
- Develop clear, compelling communication materials including dashboards, briefs, and presentations to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, optimize capacity, and improve data-driven decision making.
- Utilize recruitment analytics and performance metrics to inform decision-making, optimize recruitment processes, and drive continuous improvement across the region
- Identify opportunities to embed automation and AI-driven insights into sourcing, screening, reporting, and stakeholder communication workflows.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 10-12+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant experience in leading global or regional recruitment efforts, ideally within a matrixed environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- You bring proven experience managing high-volume hiring strategies across multiple functions or geographies.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with modern recruitment technologies, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and HR software.
- Working knowledge of AI tools related to sourcing, research, productivity, and reporting—with comfort experimenting and identifying use cases.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify insights, and communicate with clarity.
