About the Role
We are looking for a driven and well-connected B2B Sales Representative from the EdTech background who can independently generate leads, build relationships, and close deals with schools.
This role is ideal for someone who already has strong connections with schools (CBSE, ICSE, IB boards) and coaching institutions (Class 9-12th) understands how to pitch educational solutions to decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and visit schools and coaching institutions in Mumbai/Thane/Navi Mumbai and meet with owners, principals/management teams in person or remotely on teams meeting
- Present and pitch our career guidance services & solutions
- Drive end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutions
- Achieve monthly sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B Sales (preferred)
- Prior experience in EdTech / Education industry/ Saas sales (preferred)
- Strong network/connections with schools in Mumbai or other cities (preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with field travel across Mumbai
- Ability to close deals independently
Compensation
- ₹10,000/ month + Commission on sales
- working 9am - 6pm
