Marketing Analyst (Summer Internship)

We are seeking a talented Marketing Analyst to join our team.

Marketing is a critical function at BCG. Working in close collaboration with Sales, Marketing coordinates creative cross-channel projects, campaigns and initiatives to ensure BCG’s value proposition is well understood by potential clients and partners.

The Marketing Analyst will work under the direction of BCG’s Campaign Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of cross-channel print and digital marketing and sales plans.
  • Support project and campaign management, including coordinating events, webinars, and sponsorships.
  • Assist in the creation, distribution or delivery of marketing materials and industry campaigns.
  • Assist with pipeline and revenue reporting and analysis to inform and influence Marketing plans and strategies.
  • Collaborate regularly with the marketing and sales teams to develop and deploy creative tactics through multiple media channels, including print, video, webinar, sponsorships, digital, search, social and new and evolving media.
  • Develop/monitor marketing analytics and engagement reports of performance, identifying optimization opportunities, recommending and executing optimizations as needed.
  • Support campaign tracking and reporting to drive strong client results, while maintaining and updating client information.
  • Assist with industry, competitive, and market research, while updating and analyzing contact engagement data.
  • Ensure sales enablement/marketing content is up to date and assets are easily accessible to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure deliverables are received on schedule and project timelines are met.
  • Assist the Marketing department with day-to-day operations and special projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or graduated from a relevant Business/Marketing program at an Ontario college or university with a focus on business or marketing.
  • Interest and aptitude in following marketing, advertising and media trends.
  • Demonstrated skills in building relationships and working effectively with all levels.
  • Working knowledge of media and marketing channels (especially current and emerging digital opportunities) and an understanding of media metrics and KPIs.
  • Ability to synthesize insights from data to inform strategic planning and decisions.
  • Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills; flexible and adaptable team player; and resourceful in delivering high quality work.
  • Strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills and ability to navigate MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook and social media platforms; experience designing in the Adobe Suite of tools, a plus

Job Type: Seasonal

Contract length: 8 – 16 weeks.

Pay: CA$17.60 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Education Level: Currently enrolled in or graduated from a relevant Business/Marketing program or co-op at an Ontario college or university

Work Location: In-office (920 The East Mall, Etobicoke, ON M9B 6K1)

Start Date: June 01-2026
