Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Territory Manager-Field Sales position located in Mangaluru. The role involves managing sales within the assigned territory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, supporting customer acquisition, and providing prompt assistance to address customer needs. The Associate Territory Manager will oversee a team, ensure smooth coordination, and contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to drive business success.

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and improve operational efficiency
  • Team Management capabilities, including mentorship, coordination, and fostering team productivity
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills to build client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Effective Communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Experience in Training team members to enhance their performance and professional development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in field sales or logistics operations is an advantage
  • Proficiency in local languages and understanding of the regional market will be beneficial
