About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Paid Media Marketing Specialist with deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to support our U.K.-based client. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of hands-on experience managing high-value paid media campaigns, with a strong command of budget planning, campaign execution, and performance optimisation across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for a U.K. client portfolio.
- Own end-to-end budget allocation, forecasting, and spend pacing to ensure maximum ROI and delivery against KPIs.
- Develop and execute media strategies aligned with client business goals — covering audience targeting, bidding strategies, ad formats, and creative direction.
- Conduct regular performance audits, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimisation across all active campaigns.
- Deliver detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights to internal teams and the client.
- Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and U.K. market trends to maintain competitive campaign performance.
- Collaborate with creative, SEO, and analytics teams to align paid media efforts with broader digital marketing strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of paid media experience
- Expert-level Google Ads proficiency
- Expert-level Meta Ads Manager
- Strong budget handling — £50K+ monthly
- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 & Tag Manager
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience with U.K. market & audience behaviour
- Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications preferred
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk) and LinkedIn Ads.
- Prior agency experience working with international or U.K. based clients.
- Working knowledge of Looker Studio or Power BI for reporting dashboards.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
