We are looking for a seasoned Accounts & Finance professional with 10+ years of experience, having strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and proven leadership experience. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end ownership of accounting functions with a 360° understanding of financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and reconciliations
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, audits, and tax filings
• Lead and mentor the accounts team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Drive stakeholder management with internal teams, auditors, and external partners
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Handle client/vendor accounts with a 360° ownership approach
• Identify process improvements and ensure strong financial controls

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
