This role is critical in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and efficient recruiting operations. The Recruiting Coordinator will oversee ATS administration, troubleshoot system issues, facilitate the offer process and manage interview scheduling.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Greenhouse ATS Administration &amp; Troubleshooting</strong></li> <ul> <li>Maintain and update candidate records in Greenhouse ATS.</li> <li>Ensure data integrity and compliance with recruiting processes.</li> <li>Generate reports and dashboards to support recruiter and hiring manager needs.</li> <li>Act as the first point of contact for ATS-related issues, troubleshooting and escalating technical problems when necessary.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Global Team Collaboration</strong></li> <ul> <li>Coordinate recruiting activities across multiple regions and time zones.</li> <li>Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR colleagues worldwide to ensure smooth communication and alignment.</li> <li>Adapt scheduling and processes to accommodate global hiring needs.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Interview Scheduling &amp; Coordination</strong></li> <ul> <li>Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interviews across multiple time zones.</li> <li>Communicate logistics to candidates and interviewers, ensuring a smooth experience.</li> <li>Manage rescheduling and last-minute changes with professionalism.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Offer Letter Administration</strong></li> <ul> <li>Draft, review, and administer offer letters in collaboration with recruiters.</li> <li>Ensure accuracy of compensation details, start dates, and compliance requirements.</li> <li>Track offer acceptance and coordinate onboarding handoff.</li> </ul> <li><strong>Recruiting Operations Support</strong></li> <ul> <li>Assist recruiters with candidate communication and interview scheduling.</li> <li>Oversee and administer to Background Check Process.</li> <li>Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement activities.</li> <li>Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.</li> <li>Support reporting regimen by producing scheduled and Ad Hoc reports as necessary.</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination</li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Greenhouse ATS</strong> (or similar applicant tracking systems).</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working across global teams.</li> <li>High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.</li> <li>Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Black Duck considers all applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender preference, national origin, age, disability, or status as a Covered Veteran in accordance with federal law.
