We are hiring a full-time Technical Support Engineer to join our team remotely.

In this role, you will provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for cloud and security services, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and endpoint security solutions. You will support clients through issue diagnosis, resolution, configuration assistance, and proactive system monitoring. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support of Cyvica cloud and cybersecurity solutions.

Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows OS and ManageEngine Solutions

Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users

Experience handling service tickets, incidents, and escalations

Provide L1/L2 technical support for Microsoft Cloud environments including M365, Azure, Intune, ManageEngine Products and security solutions

Diagnose and resolve issues related to email, identity & access, device management, Microsoft Defender, and networking

Configure user accounts, security policies, endpoint compliance, and cloud services as per client requirements

Assist in deployment, migration tasks, and documentation of solutions

Monitor and maintain customer environments for performance, health, and security compliance

Deliver exceptional service experience and build strong client trust

Microsoft Certifications (AZ-900, MS-900, SC-900 & others )

Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and Zero Trust concepts

Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools
