Job Description

Fit-C is hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team, drive partnerships, and expand business across gyms, schools, corporates, and wellness communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor sales executives
• Create sales strategies and targets
• Handle key client meetings and closures
• Track team performance and reporting
• Improve lead conversion ratio
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams

Requirements

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in sales/team handling
• CRM and reporting knowledge preferred
• Ability to achieve business targets
• Immediate joiner preferred

Preferred Experience

2–6 years in Sales / Business Development
