Job Summary
The Community Partnerships Associate will focus on building and sustaining long-term relationships with key community organizations, local non-profits, and neighborhood stakeholders in Nashville. In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between the city’s grassroots communities, local organizations, and Spin’s internal Government Partnerships team. Your goal is to ensure that our operations are not only compliant but deeply integrated and supported by the communities we serve, facilitating social initiatives and innovative local projects that enhance the Spin’s brand.

Must Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Public Policy, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in community organizing, government relations, or non-profit partnership management.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with diverse community stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Deep understanding of local community dynamics and grassroots engagement.
- Ability to travel locally in Nashville
