Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Fixed Operations Manager.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated XPEL Automotive Film Installer to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover Winnipeg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for applying high-quality XPEL paint protection films (PPF), window tints, and other vehicle wraps, ensuring the utmost precision and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in automotive film installation, strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

• Certification or training in automotive film installation is considered an asset
• Experience with XPEL film products, including PPR, window tint, and vinyl wraps is preferred
• Previous experience working in an automotive or detailing environment is preferred
• Proven ability to work in a high-paced shop environment
• Ability to keep up to date with changing technology
• High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
• Ensure the proper completion of all work orders, invoicing and relevant internal paperwork
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
• Class 5F Driver’s License and reliable transportation to/from work
