Remote Marketing Manager – Birchwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat

Reporting Relationship: This position will report directly to the General Manager

Birchwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is growing, and we are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated individual or team to help us expand our reach outside of Winnipeg.

This is not your typical marketing role.

We are seeking someone who can generate, nurture, and convert opportunities in rural communities throughout Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Northwestern Ontario. The ideal candidate understands how to connect with customers in smaller markets, develop referral networks, and help customers find transportation solutions regardless of their credit situation.

What You'll Do

• Generate vehicle sales opportunities outside of Winnipeg
• Develop relationships with rural businesses, employers, community groups, and referral partners
• Prospect customers through social media, digital marketing, phone, email, and community outreach
• Work closely with our sales and finance teams to help customers secure vehicle approvals
• Build and manage lead pipelines from first contact to delivery
• Identify underserved markets and create strategies to increase market share
• Promote new vehicle programs, factory incentives, and special financing opportunities
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries throughout Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Northwestern Ontario

What We're Looking For

• Sales, marketing, finance, or automotive experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Experience generating leads through digital platforms and social media
• Knowledge of credit rebuilding, special finance or sub-prime lending considered an asset
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
• Results-driven with a strong focus on customer service
