The Role
As an SDR / Growth Associate at MindFrame Labs, you will support outbound pipeline generation for a founder-led communications studio working with frontier tech companies.
You will identify high-fit companies, research their current communication gaps, reach out to founders and marketing teams, and help book qualified conversations.
This is a hands-on, execution-driven role for someone who is curious, sharp, organized, and comfortable speaking to founders, operators, and startup teams.
Since this is an early role, you will work directly with the founder in Bangalore to build the outbound engine from the ground up. Over time, this role can evolve into a more flexible or remote setup once the system is working.
What You'll Do
- Build lead lists across AI, crypto, Web3, fintech, SaaS, devtools, startup ecosystems, and events.
- Research companies, founders, funding announcements, product launches, social presence, and communication gaps.
- Identify high-potential prospects where MindFrame Labs can add clear value.
- Reach out through LinkedIn, email, X, and cold calling.
- Write short, relevant, and personalized outreach messages.
- Make cold calls to founders, operators, marketers, and event teams.
- Qualify prospects based on business fit, urgency, budget, and communication needs.
- Book qualified intro calls for the founder.
- Maintain clean tracking of all leads, outreach, replies, follow-ups, and booked calls.
- Work directly with the founder to refine ICPs, messaging, offers, scripts, and weekly outreach priorities.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in sales, business development, marketing, partnerships, or founder-facing roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable making cold calls and starting conversations with new people.
- Curious about AI, crypto, startups, and frontier technology.
- Good research skills and ability to spot business opportunities.
- Organized, consistent, and disciplined with follow-ups.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving early-stage environment.
- Willing to
work in-office from Whitefield, Bangalore
during the initial phase.

Compensation
This role can begin as a 30-day paid trial with a fixed base and performance incentives.
The compensation structure may include:
- Fixed monthly base
- Bonus for converted clients
