Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Business Development Executives, Senior Executives, or Managers based in Hyderabad. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires strong communication skills to engage with potential clients, build lasting relationships, and drive business growth collaboratively with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Experience in Business operations and Account Management
• Exceptional Communication skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
• Ability to develop strategic plans and meet business objectives efficiently
• Problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset, and a results-driven approach
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in the AEC industry is an added advantage
