A Service Advisor in an automobile dealership or service center acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop team, ensuring smooth vehicle service operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand vehicle service concerns.
• Prepare job cards and record customer complaints accurately.
• Explain service requirements, repair estimates, and timelines to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians for vehicle diagnosis and repair updates.
• Follow up on pending repairs and ensure timely vehicle delivery.
• Conduct vehicle inspection before and after service.
• Promote value-added services and service packages.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
• Ensure proper documentation and billing coordination.
• Follow up with customers after service for feedback.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
