Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chinna Salem for the position of Staff Nurse, Shift Incharge, ICU Incharge, LAB Incharge, or Nursing Supervisor. The responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day patient care, managing nursing staff during shifts, ensuring proper operation of ICU or lab functions, maintaining clinical standards, and establishing effective communication across departments. Supervisors and incharges are expected to ensure compliance with hospital protocols and optimize workflows to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Clinical and Patient Care: Strong skills in patient care, administering treatments, and monitoring patient recovery.
• Nursing and Supervisory Skills: Experience in handling nursing staff, shift allocation, and ensuring departmental efficiency.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using medical equipment, maintaining ICU or lab operations, and adhering to protocol standards.
• Interpersonal and Leadership Skills: Effective communication, teamwork, and leadership capabilities to manage healthcare teams.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare compliance regulations and safety standards.
• Qualifications: A degree or diploma in Nursing or related fields is required; additional certifications in critical care or diagnostics will be an advantage.
• Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory or specialized role within a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
