Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels (email, live chat, phone, and social media) in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers with product-related questions, order status, returns, exchanges, and troubleshooting. Process refunds, exchanges, and returns in accordance with company policies.
