Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager to join our team on-site at our Plymouth Meeting, PA office. The SEO Manager will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive SEO strategies, including conducting SEO audits, performing keyword research, coordinating link-building campaigns, and analyzing web performance. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to enhance website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and contribute to the company’s marketing initiatives while ensuring best practices are followed.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in conducting SEO Audits and performing in-depth Keyword Research
• Experience developing and implementing Link Building strategies
• Proficiency with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and analyze performance
• Strong background in digital Marketing with a focus on SEO strategy
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience working with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Atlas, or Moz is a plus
