Dairy Farm Herdsperson

Beech Hill Farm is seeking a reliable Dairy Farm Worker for a year-round commercial dairy operation in Princeport, Nova Scotia. Duties include milking cows, feeding livestock, cleaning and bedding stalls, monitoring animal health and behaviour, assisting with calving and the care of calves and heifers, moving animals safely, barn cleaning, manure handling, and operating equipment related to feeding and cleaning. The worker must follow farm procedures for animal care, sanitation, biosecurity, and workplace safety. Experience in dairy farming, livestock handling, or general farm work is an asset. This is a physically demanding position that requires working around large animals in a fast-paced farm environment.
