Registered Staff Nurse

Job Description

• Provide quality nursing care to patients according to hospital policies and professional standards.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans, administer medications, and carry out doctors’ orders.
• Monitor patients’ conditions, maintain accurate medical records, and report any abnormalities.
• Assist doctors during examinations, rounds, and medical procedures.
• Educate and support patients and their families on health care and treatment.
• Ensure patient safety and maintain a clean and safe clinical environment.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital departments to ensure effective patient care.
• Supervise and guide junior staff or aides when required.
• Ensure medical equipment, emergency carts, and supplies are properly maintained.
• Participate in training, professional development, and maintain required CPD for APC renewal.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing
• Valid LJM (Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia) Certificate
• Valid Annual Practice Certificate (APC) and Retention of Name (RON)
• Experience in related field
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply with LJM pass slip or LJM certificate
• Proficient in both spoken and written English
