Marketing & Business Development Coordinator - - DC

About the Job:

• Support client targeting, cross-selling, and business development initiatives
• Assist with pitches, proposals, and RFP responses
• Update and maintain marketing collateral, credentials, marketing campaigns and client outreach
• Support practice group events and webinars
• Coordinate internal and external communications
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional marketing and business development teams

About You:

• Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of marketing and/or business development experience, ideally in a professional services or law firm environment
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range of $70K-$85K (DOE) + generous benefits
• Hybrid schedule in Washington, DC
• Metro-accessible
