AV Webinar & Event Producer - /hr - DC

Our client, a mission based nonprofit, is seeking a Events & AV Project Manager to join their team on a temporary basis in Washington, D.C.

About The Job:

• Support production of onsite, multi-site, and virtual meetings and events
• Manage AV and webinar requests through ticketing systems (Zendesk preferred)
• Coordinate event logistics, including scheduling, setup, and technical execution
• Provide webinar support, including rehearsals, troubleshooting, and live event assistance
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful event delivery
• Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and presentation content
• Serve as a go-to resource for AV and webinar best practices
• Provide general event and operational support across meetings and initiatives

About You:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of AV, webinar, or event production experience
• Experience supporting virtual and in-person events, including technical logistics
• Familiarity with webinar platforms (Zoom, WebEx, Teams, GoToWebinar, ON24, etc.)
• Highly organized with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ticketing systems (Zendesk or similar)

About The Position:

• Start Date: ASAP!
• Duration: 7 months
• $40-$44/hr
• Hybrid: 3 days onsite in DC
