Our client, a national nonprofit organization, is seeking an Administrative Project Coordinator to join their team on a indefinite temporary basis in Bethesda, Maryland.
About The Job:
- Provide executive and administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
- Coordinate projects, applications, vendor orders, and operational logistics to support community outreach and project teams
- Manage data, reporting, budgets, and documentation using Salesforce and other business systems
- Support volunteer engagement, event logistics, outreach communications, and survey follow-up efforts
- Maintain project materials, inventory, and travel logistics for events and activations
- Collaborate across multiple departments to improve processes and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
About You:
- 4+ years of administrative, executive support, or operations experience
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Canva, and expense management platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Nonprofit, volunteer coordination, or project logistics experience preferred
About The Position:

- $26-$29/hr
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite
