Role Description

Full-Time Remote position.

We’re looking for a smart, strategic Account Manager to join our team. This is a full-time remote role that requires availability to work with US clients.

The core mission of this role is to make clients successful and drive adoption by clearly explaining how the tool's data improves their ad campaigns, ensuring they receive actionable information, and high-impact advice.

You'll work closely with technical account managers who operate the platform and monitor performance every day, your ultimate measure of success is the quality of your strategic client relationship and your ability to build trust as a knowledgeable, performance-focused partner.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Client Communication (Primary Focus)

  • Lead all client communication as the main strategic point of contact.
  • Translate complex data (metrics, bidding logic) into clear, actionable strategies during performance reviews.
  • Proactively advise clients on how to best use the tool to meet and exceed their marketing goals.

2. Performance Monitoring & Tool Operations

  • Operate and configure the proprietary optimization tool across assigned client accounts.
  • Monitor and validate campaign data (Google, Bing, etc.).
  • Diagnose performance issues using paid search analysis and ensure data integrity to meet client SLAs.

3. Internal Collaboration & Tool Development

  • Serve as the "Voice of the Client" by collecting structured feedback and feature requests.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering and technical account managers to test new features and drive continuous improvement of the tool’s performance.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles, managing performance-driven, data-oriented clients (preferably marketers).
  • A consultative, proactive, and problem-solving mindset with a passion for client success.
