Minimum Qualifications (Required)

This is not an entry-level position.

To be considered, you must have a proven track record in one or more of the following:

• Residential Real Estate Acquisitions
• Real Estate Wholesaling
• Real Estate Investing
• Door-to-Door Sales (Solar, Roofing, Pest Control, Windows, Alarms, etc.)
• Mortgage Sales
• High-Ticket Sales ($5,000+ average transaction value)

Applicants without experience in one of these industries will not be considered.

What You'll Do

Every day you'll meet virtually with homeowners who have already requested information about selling their property.

These are warm inbound opportunities generated through our marketing.

Your job is to:

• Build trust with homeowners.
• Understand their goals and motivations.
• Solve problems.
• Negotiate win-win agreements.
• Get contracts signed.
• Maintain an organized pipeline and consistent follow-up.
• Hit and exceed performance expectations.
