Requirement:
- B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech OR MCA and Must have- MBA Finance/ PG Diploma in Finance.
- Should have experience of working in PMC / PMC projects at GoI or State level
- Minimum 10 years’ post MBA completion.
- Experience in getting approvals with understanding of planning/designing & implementing engineering aspects of Urban/Rural Infrastructure / similar project/Venture capital fund
- Bid Management, Vendor Management, Project Management Relevant experience in Planning, Development Plan/Industrial planning etc. would be preferred
Job Description
- Define the investment thesis aligned with project’s economic development goals.
- Recommend fund type (Seed or Venture), structure, and ideal fund size
- Support development of PPP policies, concession agreements, and bid documentation.
- Support proposal preparation, procurement consulting, and business development activities.
- Recommend an appropriate legal structure (e.g., AIF Category I/II under SEBI regulations).
- Draft the fund governance model: Limited Partner (LP) – General Partner (GP) framework.
- Define sectoral and geographic focus areas (e.g., agri-tech, renewable energy, rural fintech, etc.)
- Present feasibility reports and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and government authorities.
- Draft key legal documents: Private Placement Memorandum (PPM), LLP Agreement, etc.
- Identify and engage potential investors: government agencies, DFIs, banks, CSR wings, family offices, etc.Design investment pitch decks and promotional material.
- Support roadshows and investor onboarding.
- Public Private Partnership (PPP) Structuring
- Develop incentives or guarantees to attract private capital (if applicable).
- Develop or support SOPs for investment process (sourcing, screening, due diligence, disbursement, and monitoring).
- Create a pipeline strategy: partnerships with incubators, academic institutions, and industry bodies.
- Establish investment committee, advisory board, and monitoring framework.
- Define fund success metrics: number of startups supported, capital deployed, job creation, regional GDP impact, etc.
- Create a dashboard/reporting tool for ongoing fund monitoring.
- Design exit and sustainability strategies for fund continuity beyond initial cycles.
