Job Description

Core role & responsibilities:

  • Lead day to day execution of the transaction
  • Assist in the planning and marketing of the client mandates
  • Prepare confidential information memorandum, financial models, management presentations and presentations related to execution of the transactions
  • Developing, analyzing, and explaining historical and projected financial information
  • Valuation of businesses and companies
  • Prepare and assist in the preparation of marketing pitches and presentations for business development
  • Build relationship and maintain direct contact with current clients, prospective clients and professional advisors
  • Mentorship and training of junior team members
  • Perform other administrative management duties as required by the firm
