Job Description
Core role & responsibilities:
- Lead day to day execution of the transaction
- Assist in the planning and marketing of the client mandates
- Prepare confidential information memorandum, financial models, management presentations and presentations related to execution of the transactions
- Developing, analyzing, and explaining historical and projected financial information
- Valuation of businesses and companies
- Prepare and assist in the preparation of marketing pitches and presentations for business development
- Build relationship and maintain direct contact with current clients, prospective clients and professional advisors
- Mentorship and training of junior team members
- Perform other administrative management duties as required by the firm
