Key Responsibilities

• Assist in acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, and sale of commercial real estate assets.

• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase agreements and financing documents.

• 2–5 years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney or Commercial Real Estate Associate.
• Experience handling transactional real estate matters, including acquisitions and financing.
• Strong academic credentials and analytical abilities.
• Admission to the DC Bar or eligibility for waiver required (DC Bar required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
