Responsibilities Engage in white collar criminal defense and government investigations. Handle civil and criminal enforcement matters in procurement, health care, securities, and election law. Participate in False Claims Act investigations and litigation. Conduct congressional and internal investigations. Qualifications Prior district court or appellate court clerkship required. Strong academic credentials and professional references. DC bar membership strongly preferred. Bar membership in good standing. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
