Duties

• Prepare pleadings, motions, and conduct witness interviews.

• Demonstrate proficiency in legal research.

Requirements

• Membership in the Virginia State Bar in good standing.
• Excellent verbal and legal writing skills.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
• Must own transportation.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Virginia State Bar membership.

Skills

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
