Job Description
The Financial Reporting & Systems Analyst (Analyst) supports core financial operations, including month-end and year-end close, payment review, capital asset accounting, and the preparation of accurate financial reporting in accordance with Public Sector Accounting Standards (PSAS) and internal policies. The role serves as the operational lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, overseeing system administration, financial system structures, and data integrity to maintain strong internal controls and reliable financial information. Collaborating with internal teams, the Analyst supports the annual audit, provides guidance on financial policies and procedures, and drives continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, reporting, and user experience.

Office Location: All BCER Locations
Salary: $70,003.82 - $79,563.82 – Permanent Full-Time, based on a 35-hour work week.
An additional 10.75% Job Family Market Multiplier will be added to the posted salary.
An additional 3% Location Allowance will be added to posted salary for northern location.
