Infrastructure Delivery Manager

As an Infrastructure Delivery Manager at Barclays, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects through all stages of the project life cycle, from requirements gathering to successful implementation. Your role will include leading virtual technical teams in areas such as Unix/AIX/Windows, Network, Middleware, Storage, and Database technologies. You will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of the ITIL framework for Service Management and ensure that environments are correctly provisioned and aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create project plans to match project requirements and manage infrastructure technical teams to meet project deadlines.
• Engage stakeholders to solve complex business and technical problems.
• Collaborate with the wider technology organization to ensure requirements are understood and technical gaps are closed.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelors degree in computer science/MCA or equivalent.
• 10 years of IT Project Management/Infrastructure Delivery Manager experience.
• Working knowledge in Infrastructure, Networking, Security, Cloud, Middleware, Data platforms, and system integration.
• AWS certification or relevant experience, including AWS Cloud Formation.
• Knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodology will be a plus.
