Key Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment and onboarding of engineers, project staff, and support teams.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Manage employee relations, performance appraisals, and career development.
• Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Implement training programs to enhance technical and soft skills.
• Collaborate with site managers to promote workplace safety and employee well-being.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
