Job Description
As an Assistant General Manager in Construction at Ayati Constructions and Estates LLP, your role involves overseeing construction projects from inception to completion to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards. You will collaborate with various stakeholders like clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors for project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with senior management.
- Assemble and lead project teams, delegate tasks, and provide ongoing training and support.

Qualifications
- B. Tech Civil in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum of 16 years of experience in high rise construction project management.
- Proven track record of managing construction projects successfully.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily on-site at construction locations.
- Travel to various project sites may be required.
- Must work in various weather conditions and environments.
- Flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, may be necessary.
