Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven HR Recruiters to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about talent acquisition and eager to grow in the HR domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned job requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients
• Follow up with candidates until successful onboarding
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and reports
• Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: Any Graduate (Pursuing candidates are not eligible)
• Age Limit: Up to 29 years
• Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills (Mandatory)
• Basic understanding of the recruitment cycle
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Experience & Salary Structure

Freshers:

• 13,000 + Incentives (First 3 Months)
• 15,000 18,000 + Incentives (From 4th Month)

6 Months Experience (International Voice Process):

• 15,000 18,000 (First 3 Months) + Up to 10,000 Incentives

Minimum 6 Months Recruitment Experience:

• Up to 25,000 + Incentives (Based on previous salary & performance)

Work Schedule

• Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Fixed Off)
• Monday Friday: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
