Job Description

Manage end-to-end customer experience (orders, queries, returns, exchanges)

Handle support via chat, email, calls & social media

Resolve escalations and improve response TAT

Coordinate with logistics & warehouse for smooth operations

Track feedback, reduce returns, improve repeat purchases

Use data to enhance customer retention

3–5 years’ experience in e-commerce/D2C preferred

Strong communication skills, empathy & problem-solving ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
