Job Title: Medical Coder ENM OP & IP

Location: Hyderabad

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Employment Type: Full-Time

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Compensation: Up to 60,000 Take-Home (Based on Experience & Skills)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign accurate medical codes for diagnoses and procedures (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
• Review clinical documentation to ensure coding accuracy and completeness
• Handle E/M coding for both outpatient and inpatient records
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
• Identify and resolve coding discrepancies
• Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for documentation clarification when needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in medical coding (ENM OP & IP)
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS-A) certification is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
• Good understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulations.
