Experience Required:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in medical coding

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduates only
• Certification: Mandatory (Medical Coding Certification required)
• Notice Period: Immediate joiners or up to 15 days only
• Relieving Letter: Mandatory from the last organization

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign accurate medical codes based on clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and standards
• Handle specialty-specific coding (SDS, E&M IP, ED, Home Health, Denials)
• Maintain quality and productivity targets
• Work on claim accuracy and denial prevention (for Denials Coders)
