Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer with experience in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering customized steel building solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors
- Generate leads through site visits, networking, and client meetings
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable PEB solutions
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, cost estimations, and quotations
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for accurate project execution
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Track market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech / BE preferred)
- 2–6 years of experience in PEB / steel structures / construction sales
- Strong understanding of PEB concepts, drawings, and costing
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of structural design basics and BOQ preparation
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools
- Existing network in industrial or construction sector is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
