Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer with experience in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering customized steel building solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors
  • Generate leads through site visits, networking, and client meetings
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable PEB solutions
  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, cost estimations, and quotations
  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for accurate project execution
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Track market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech / BE preferred)
  • 2–6 years of experience in PEB / steel structures / construction sales
  • Strong understanding of PEB concepts, drawings, and costing
  • Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of structural design basics and BOQ preparation
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM tools
  • Existing network in industrial or construction sector is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
