Responsibilities

As a Telus Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Understanding client needs and recommending appropriate products and services
• Presenting solutions clearly and professionally to prospective customers
• Building and maintaining positive client relationships
• Working toward individual and team sales targets
• Staying informed on product updates, promotions, and industry trends
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience
• Tracking sales activity and managing your pipeline using CRM tools
• Participating in ongoing training and development sessions
