Accountant (0-1 Year Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements regularly.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end account closing activities.
• Support internal, statutory, and tax audits by providing required documents and information.
• Ensure compliance with taxation, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Prepare accounting reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Work with accounting and tax software such as Tally and Winman.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders when required.
• Handle administrative and other accounting-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• 0-1 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and financial regulations.
• Hands-on experience with Tally, Winman, and MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
