Job Description
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Own and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads end-to-end.
- Drive D2C lead generation through full-funnel campaigns, from awareness to retargeting and conversion.
- Run hyperlocal campaigns targeting homeowners across Nagpur, Pune, Bhopal, Indore, and Raipur.
- Manage and allocate monthly advertising budgets with clear ROI accountability.
- Build and execute A/B tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages.
- Set up and maintain pixel tracking, UTM frameworks, and attribution models.
- Monitor and optimize key metrics including ROAS, CPL, CTR, CAC, and lead-to-installation conversion rates.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
- Publish weekly performance reports with insights, variance analysis, and recommended actions.
- Analyze campaign data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Manage and grow the company's organic presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop performance-focused creatives and landing pages.
- Repurpose content for social media and lead-generation campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends and platform algorithm updates.
- Coordinate with the sales team to align campaign quality with lead follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the operations team to align campaign schedules with installation capacity.
- Provide guidance to junior team members on performance marketing best practices.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with strong exposure to Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven track record of scaling D2C campaigns and generating high-quality leads.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Looker Studio.
- Experience with hyperlocal targeting and city-level campaign strategies.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Startup mindset with high ownership and execution capabilities.
- Experience marketing solar, home improvement, or green energy products is preferred.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing, lead nurturing workflows, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization, lead funnels, and conversion rate optimization is a plus.
- Prior experience growing a D2C brand is preferred.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and hyperlocal promotional campaigns is an advantage.
