The Aurum Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team in Calgary, AB. The ideal candidate must have previous customer service experience. The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative is to ensure all customer inquires are handled thoroughly, thoughtfully and in a timely manner.

Essential Functions:

• Customer service – connect customers with the right team members within the company to provide information about products and services, answer questions, resolve issues, and take the extra mile to help customers.
• Communicate with team members in a professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work as part of a team.
• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks.
• Use critical thinking skills to solve problems and identify solutions.
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes.

• Previous customer service experiences a must
