Job Summary
Responsible for providing strategic, administrative, and operational support to the CFO, ensuring seamless coordination of finance-related activities, management reporting, stakeholder communication, and business priorities.
The primary responsibilities of the Executive Assistant will be to:
· Manage the CFO's calendar, meetings, travel plans, email handling and business schedules.
· Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and management reports for leadership reviews.
· Coordinate with internal departments for financial data, reports, and follow-ups.
· Track key action items and ensure timely closure of deliverables.
· Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs, and monitor action points.
· Maintain confidential financial and business documentation.
· Support special projects and initiatives driven by the CFO.
· Ensure smooth communication between the CFO and internal/external stakeholders.
· Manage data compilation, analysis, and presentation for decision-making purposes.

Qualifications & Skills
· Graduate / MBA (Finance preferred)
· 2–5years of experience as Executive Assistant, Business Analyst, MIS Executive, or Finance
Coordinator
· Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting
· Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
· Experience in BFSI, Wealth Management, NBFC, or Financial Services preferred
