Position: Production Machine Operator

Location: Westminster, MD

Hiring for 1st Shift, and 2nd shift Machine Operators

1st Shift: $20/Hour: Monday - Thursday - (4 - 10-hour shifts) - 4:45 am - 3:15pm

2nd Shift: $21/Hour - Monday - Thursday - (4 - 10-hour shifts) - 3:00pm - 1:30am

Must have a GED or HS Diploma; be able to pass a criminal background check and pass a drug test that includes THC. Medical marijuana cards not accepted.

Responsibilities of duties include:

• Operate production machines in a cleanroom environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the production environment.
• Work in a team-oriented workspace.
• Perform quality checks.
• Log production numbers.

Qualifications for the Production Machine Operator:

• Must have a GED or High School Diploma
• Proven experience in machine operation
• Familiarity with blueprint reading and interpretation a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
