Dilawri Group is now actively searching for an Internal Service Advisor to join the team at Audi Thornhill.

Pay Rate: $40,000-$65,000

Responsibilities

  • Process all warranty claims using Dealership Management System (DMS)
  • Maintain all deadlines for claims submissions and related paperwork
  • Authorize claim eligibility
  • Track back order parts in coordination with the Parts Department
  • Assign repair orders and jobs to Technicians
  • Ensure that each repair order is fully and appropriately documented with the complaint, cause and appropriate attention
  • Maintain a detailed and up-to-date log of the repairs
  • Telephone communications and reception
  • Welcome customers visiting the Dealership showroom and inquire as to the purpose of their visit
  • Vehicle licensing and administration
  • Participate in dealer trade; prepare information for pick-up and collect receipts/payments
  • Participate in administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong computer and telephone skills
  • Knowledge of mechanical/vehicle body repair
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers
  • Valid Ontario driver's license with 3+ years of driving experience
