Role Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented BDR/BDE professionals with experience in ERP sales and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in driving business growth. Exposure to ERP solutions and technology services such as cybersecurity is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers across industries
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Identify decision-makers and key stakeholders within target organizations
- Schedule meetings, product demos, and discovery calls for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM systems
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and client communication
- Follow up with prospects to move opportunities through the sales funnel
- Build a strong understanding of ERP solutions and cybersecurity services to communicate value propositions effectively
Key Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / Lead Generation
- Experience in B2B sales and outbound sales processes
- Hands-on experience or exposure to ERP solutions such as SAP, S/4HANA, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or Odoo
- Strong expertise in lead generation and prospecting techniques
- Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, Hunter, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
- Basic understanding or interest in cybersecurity or technology services is preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines
- Ability to handle client interactions and build relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
