Our client is seeking passionate Freelance Beauty Brand Educators to represent a well-known cosmetics brand in beauty retail locations. This team supports beauty brands in creating engaging in-store experiences, educating consumers, and driving sales through exceptional product knowledge and brand representation.

Salary/Hourly Rate

$25/hr

Position Overview

The Freelance Beauty Brand Educators will serve as the face of the brand within Beauty stores across the market. This long-term temporary role is ideal for beauty professionals who excel at product education, in-store customer engagement, visual merchandising, and relationship building with store teams.

Responsibilities Of The Freelance Beauty Brand Educators

Educate Beauty associates and customers on product features, benefits, and application techniques.
Drive sales through product demonstrations, customer engagement, and strong brand representation.
Maintain clean, visually appealing, and compliant brand displays.
Execute planograms, assist with restocking, and support light operational tasks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Beauty Store Managers and staff.
Travel to multiple Beauty store locations within the assigned territory (mileage reimbursement provided).

Required Experience/Skills For The Freelance Beauty Brand Educators

Previous experience with Beauty or another beauty/retail environment.
Strong working knowledge of beauty products, trends, and makeup application.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Reliable transportation for travel between store locations.
Availability to work approximately 30 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Experience/Skills For The Freelance Beauty Brand Educators

Personal set of professional makeup brushes.
Experience conducting beauty demonstrations or training.

Education Requirements

High school diploma is required.
