Role Description

The Power Facility Construction Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising on-site teams, managing construction timelines, ensuring safety protocols are followed, controlling budgets, and maintaining project schedules. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panvel, requiring individuals to collaborate with project stakeholders and manage multiple construction tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supervisory Roles with strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Expertise in Budgeting and Project Control for efficient cost management and on-time project delivery.
• Proficiency in Construction and Construction Safety to ensure high-quality deliveries and compliance with safety standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple duties effectively.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and building codes.
• A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in power facility construction or similar infrastructure projects is a plus.
